I am a classically trained Power Pilates instructor living in Dallas, Texas. I typically teach a variety of Small Group Reformer, Tower, and Pilates Mat Classes throughout the city, in addition to working 1-on-1 with Private clients out of my home studio. Given the current climate in our World today and our Urgent need for Social Distancing, I am currently ONLY working remotely. I offer a variety of Private 1-on-1 Pilates training sessions and Weekly Pilates Mat Classes LIVE from My Virtual Pilates Studio. I offer my 1-on-1 Private Pilates Mat training on the Hour Monday through Saturday.
My intentions are to teach you a full mind and body workout, that is centered around building abdominal and spinal strength, and also VERY FUN! Pilates will challenge you both physically and mentally, while improving your flexibility, strength, posture, core stability and even your lung capacity. We will focus on building your body from the INSIDE-OUT through natural movement. Pilates teaches us the art of Contrology, which is the complete coordination of the body, mind and spirit.
I strongly believe that true health begins from the INSIDE, it is not just about the way that we look— but the way we feel physically and mentally. That involves more than just exercise, it includes healthy relationships, a good immune system, nutrition, spiritual practice, and a fulfilling passion. I love to connect with my 1-on-1 clients, and serve as an outlet for those who are feeling alone during this tough time.

I have a Bachelor's of Liberal Arts in Broadcast Management, with a minor in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington. I love promoting physical fitness and overall wellness as a lifestyle. I have been practicing Pilates for over 15 years, and teaching for almost 10. My goal as an instructor is to make people just like YOU feel AMAZING, CONFIDENT AND SEXY, from the inside out, because that is what Pilates has done for Me.
