My intentions are to teach you a full mind and body workout, that is centered around building abdominal and spinal strength, and also VERY FUN! Pilates challenges you both physically and mentally, while improving your flexibility, strength, posture, core stability and even your lung capacity. We will focus on building your body from the INSIDE-OUT through natural movement. I strongly believe that true health begins from the INSIDE, it is not just about the way that we look— but the way we feel physically and mentally. That involves more than just exercise, it includes healthy relationships, a good immune system, nutrition, spiritual practice, and a fulfilling passion.
