PILATES & FITNESS LOVER
I am a classically trained and certified Power Pilates instructor in Dallas. I believe in honoring the original teachings, principles, vocabulary and exercise sequence passed down from Joseph Pilates. He designed this system of exercises to improve flexibility, physical strength, posture, core stability and lung capacity. It will enhance your health, help you reach your fitness goals, improve your sports performance, prevent injuries and enhance mental awareness.
Pilates focuses on building your body from the inside out through "natural movement." I believe in the art of Contrology, which Joseph Pilates believed is the complete coordination of the body, mind and spirit. Whether you are trying to revamp your workouts, take your sport to the next level or recover from an injury, Pilates can help you achieve your goals. It will dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.
I have a Bachelor's of Liberal Arts in Broadcast Management, with a minor in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington. I love promoting physical fitness and overall wellness as a lifestyle. I have been practicing Pilates for over 15 years, and teaching for over 5 years. My goal as an instructor is to make people feel AMAZING, from the inside out, because that is what Pilates has done for Me.
