Many packaged breads are high in calories, sugars and fats, so making my own is always a smarter option. My Banana Bread was delicious, but after I made it, I definitely saw lots of memes that were making fun of people who were resorting to baking the healthy dessert. Of course, this didn’t bother me at all because I am aware of all the benefits that banana's can provide us.

It also helps to stabilize blood sugar levels, satisfying a hungry appetite to prevent you from eating the full loaf of bread. Adding bananas to your bread makes it healthier.
Increasing your consumption of fiber-rich foods, such as bananas, can lower the risk of both cardiovascular and coronary heart disease. Eating banana makes your heart healthier. #SoftHeartHardCore
