Has Your Lower Back Been Bothering You?


Here are a few exercises to Help Out anyone who has been experiencing Lower Back Pain.


I know most of us are currently practicing social distancing and working from home. Some of you may not have access to a good chair while at your makeshift desks. These easy moves will help strengthen core support for your back, provide gentle stretching for tight muscles and help with your posture.

  • Cat/Cow

  • Kneeling Arm and Leg Stretch

  • Swan Prep

  • Swimming

  • Child Rest Pose

  • Pelvic Curl

  • Shoulder Bridge

  • Spine Stretch Forward

  • Saw


I suggest doing these easy stretches in the morning and in the evening before bed. Let me know what you think.
